Service in our workshop
Our onsite service is for customers who wish to drop off their bike at our site; this can be a walk-in or after a drop off time is agreed in advance.
At the drop off, the bike will be examined by our mechanics for any damages and scratches in your presence where you will be advised on any immediate replacement parts that need to be addressed, the work your bike needs and any other suggestions.
Depending on the status of your bike, and the work that needs to be carried out, you will be advised the time your bike will be ready for collection and what the service and parts cost will be, so you can agree this in advance to work commencing.
Should it be required a return to home, delivery service can be arranged for an additional fee. This as well as a courtesy bike, depending on availability, can be discussed and agreed with our team.
